Overcome Learning & Living Challenges

With

 Kinesiology Balancing

You may be low on energy and feel out of sorts and stressed. And whatever you do does not take make you feel better. A Kinesiology balance may just be the right experience to help you help yourself!

Or you may be feeling lost and frustrated that your child is not performing well in school or it is not easy for him or her to be focus and enjoying his time in school. One question to ask is whether your child's brain and body is ready for school. Please refer to the developmental checklist and contact us if you have any concerns regarding your child.

What is Kinesiology Balancing?

Kinesiology Balancing is a non-intrusive and non-invasive process. It honours and respects the needs of the client, by way of a goal, to draw out his or her own innate learning and get rid of his blocks or stress.
It is a process of re-educating our whole brain/body system through specific techniques to build and reconnect neural networks throughout our system.
Our work focuses on balancing the client's energy and integrating the client’s primitive and postural reflexes plus all his senses to effect improvement in behaviour and learning.
This will ultimately bring the brain/body whole system back into equilibrium within itself and with the environment.

Techniques
We apply Specialised Kinesiology techniques that include 26 Brain Gym® activities and Laterality Repatterning, Educational Kinesiology, Touch For Health Kinesiology, Craniosacral Therapy, Vision Gym, Reflex & Sensory Integration, Rhythmic Movement Training, Original Play and other related work.

What happens during the first visit
Upon establishing a rapport with our client, a kinesiology evaluation will be carried out to enable us to draw up a tailored program. A written report may be furnished upon request.

Subsequent visits
During subsequent visits, we facilitate balances, especially working with specific goals and needs of the client.
Positive changes after each balance process happen at a very basic cellular level in the body. As such, it is important that HomePlay activities are carried out by the client after a balance. With this consistent input, the effectiveness of the balance will be reinforced.

Duration
Each balancing session lasts between 45 minutes to an hour and a half. This depends on the readiness and willingness of the balance recipient.
