The Brain Gym™ Playshop

Our Brain Gym playshops have been successfully implemented since 2004. They are carried out during every school term on a 5-weekly basis. Our programme focuses on sensory and primitive reflex integration. It is our objective to empower children to be physically and emotionally safe to enhance learning readiness. Classes are fun and child-oriented!

Brain Gym®, Vision Gym™, Rhythmic Movement Training and Balance Boards training. These movement-based activities help to integrate the primitive reflexes like Fear Paralysis, Moro, Neck Reflexes, Rooting & Suck, Grasp reflex and others. These reflexes interact and integrate the Tactile, Vestibular, Proprioceptive, Auditory, Visual, Cranial, olfactory and Taste senses.
